Over recent years Bay County has experienced explosive growth and real estate prices have increased at an alarming rate. This presents a unique problem for people moving to our community and for first time home buyers. Driven by a desire to build a better community, Cameron Skinner and Joe Rudolph have long envisioned an affordable coastal community. With Avondale Estates, that vision became a reality.
Cameron Skinner is a local businessman, accountant and has been building homes and communities for over a decade. Cameron graduated from FSU - Panama City with a degree in Accounting and later obtained his MBA. Cameron served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service during ground combat. He serves the community through his involvement with several charitable and civic organizations.
Joe Rudolph possesses a degree in Engineering from Auburn University. He has been named Bay County Builder of the Year for three years. He has served the building industry in numerous capacities including chairing local and statewide home builders committees. Jo e is also deeply involved in the community.
Together, Joe and Cameron bring the expertise and desire to build a better community for all. Coastal architecture, sidewalks and picket fences, all at an affordable price, that is Avondale Estates.
